We are responsible for what we sell. popindesigner.com offers a simple and easy 7-day return policy.
You can easily return or exchange any item within 7 days from the delivery date.
If the seal is broken or closed at the time of delivery, please do not accept any order.
All returned items must be unused and unpublished for unused reasons; And come back with original packaging and tags. Items without tags will not be accepted.
All items purchased from popindesigner.com (Kurta Set, Sherwani, IndoWestern, Jodhpur, Suits, Gift Vouchers and Free Items)
Can be returned for full return (as recorded) to the shipping provider within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The customer will get a cash return in the form of bank transfer to their account.
Once we receive the returned products, a quality check will be done on the items by our quality team. This is subject to returns meeting the following requirements:
- Items should not be used and should not be thrown out.
- The packaging must contain the original packaging and tags.
- They must be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.
- They should not include kurta sets, sherwani, indowestern, jodhpuri, suits, gift vouchers and free items.
Any return item received by us that does not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
In this case no amount will be reimbursed.
A notification with the status of the return will be sent to the customer within 48–72 working hours from the date of receiving the item.
In the case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers must self-ship the items.
Please ensure that the items returned need to be safely packed to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
We do not offer exchanges for orders from outside India. If you want a different size or color, please return your unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Free shipping is applicable on all orders above INR 2000. For all orders below that amount, a shipping fee of INR 100 will be levied.
Cash on delivery charges are separate and are not included in shipping and handling charges. For cash on delivery, INR 75 will be charged.
For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies. Orders are shipped within a maximum of 2-4 working days.
In case of unavailability of size, it may take longer for groom products that are available in which case our support team will reach out to you.
And will give you approximate time (about 12-15 days of ship). popin designer is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company And only guarantees to deliver the consignment to the courier company within a maximum of 3-5 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the shipping date agreed to the order confirmation
All orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the buyer at the time of placing the order.
The popin designer is not responsible for any damage caused to the buyer during the transition in any way.
