Exchanges are applicable only in case of damaged product or delivery of incorrect size (size other than that ordered). Popin Designer will be able to exchange any online sales purchased at firstname.lastname@example.org subject to the following conditions. Products can be exchanged within 2 days from the date of delivery. Within 2 days customer must mail us on email@example.com along with the order/Invoice number and issue with the product. We request the customers to kindly follow the below process for exchanging the products online.
1) The existing piece should be sent to our Kandivali store from the customer’s end. Below is the address:

2) A new purchase should be done. Once the New purchase is made, kindly mail us your order details along with shipment details of the existing piece which you want to exchange at email@example.com
3) Once the product is received at our end, it will go through an internal quality check. During the quality check we will see if the product is unused and unaltered.
4) After the product is verified, we will ensure the refund is done as per the defined terms. In case of return, customer will have to bare the courier charge for both side (sending and return).
1) The Product for exchange or return should be fresh, unused with the tag and unaltered would be inspected by the team.
2) Exchanges are allowed with same or different products of same price or higher.
In case the product you received is faulty, damaged or incorrect size is delivered or size is not fitting then customer will be able to raise the return request.
1) Return request needs to be made within 48 hours of the product received.

3) The customer has to pay the cost of return shipping. We will deduct the shipping cost from the refund amount if the return is done via our shipping partner.
4) If our shipping partner's service is not available in particular area then customer has to return the product by other courier company.

Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 10-14 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks and payment gateways.
Embroidery and Color
We regard the inherent qualities of our every product with utmost care and we ensure the quality but due to the nature of fabrics and the embroideries on our products, we do not guarantee the garment’s embroidery and any color bleeding therein
The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide available with each product to select the size best suited to you. Due to the nature of different fabrics the given measurement can differ marginally.
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We request you to read the washing instructions carefully as stated on the tag of the merchandise and follow the same to avoid making any damages to it.
Transaction Disputes if any would be subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction. We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction on account of the Cardholder/customer having exceeded the pre-set limit mutually agreed by them with their acquiring bank.
